A Costly Cleanup for the Landlord
Shamrock Properties II, LLC, the landlord of the facility, submitted a filing to Fisker’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy docket, objecting to the automaker’s attempt to abandon the lease. Tony Lenzini, a representative for Shamrock, stated in a declaration that the company now faces tens of thousands of dollars in cleanup costs, repairs, and hazardous waste removal.

During a September 24 walkthrough, Fisker representatives assured Shamrock that HGP would remove all items by September 27 and clean the facility. However, Lenzini described a chaotic scene:
- Unsupervised Removal: People were seen hauling items without documentation, including tools, computers, and automotive parts.
- Missed Deadlines: HPG president Nick Dove stated his team was denied access on September 30 to retrieve purchased items, clarifying that hazardous materials like chemicals and batteries were not part of their agreement.
Hazardous Materials and Security Concerns
The abandoned facility reportedly contains:
- Two 50- to 55-gallon drums (one labeled for oil, another for coolant).
- Approximately 20 automotive batteries (type unspecified).
- Fisker vehicles parked outside (models unconfirmed).
Lenzini expressed concern over unidentified chemicals left on-site. Photographic evidence included in the filing shows:
- Full-size clay models of Fisker’s unreleased Ronin supercar and Alaska pickup.
- Offices littered with overturned garbage cans and debris.
