Weinstein isn’t the first to explore chocolate 3D printing. Hershey’s attempted a similar venture in 2015 but faced technical and economic hurdles. Weinstein, however, believes his approach is more viable:

“They never created a sellable printer,” he noted. “Technical limitations stalled them, but customer feedback was positive. We’re building on that momentum.”

Cocoa Press now stands as the only U.S.-based chocolate 3D printing company, poised to fill a niche in the market.
