Luxor Hotel to Host Las Vegas’ First Permanent Esports Arena on The Strip
Las Vegas is set to welcome its first dedicated esports venue on the iconic Strip, as Allied Esports, Esports Arena, and MGM Resorts International partner to create a groundbreaking gaming destination at the Luxor Hotel and Casino. Scheduled to open in early 2018, the Esports Arena Las Vegas will mark a major milestone in the city’s entertainment landscape.
A Flagship Venue for Competitive Gaming
The 30,000-square-foot arena will transform a former nightclub space into a state-of-the-art esports hub featuring:
- Multi-level competition stage with LED video walls
- Telescopic seating for live audiences

The project builds on Esports Arena’s successful Santa Ana location (opened in 2015 as North America’s first dedicated esports facility) and follows their recent Oakland expansion.
