ItsOn Raises $12.5M to Fuel Global Expansion of Cloud Mobile Services
ItsOn, a Silicon Valley startup founded by veterans from Qualcomm, Nokia, and Yahoo, has successfully closed a \(12.5 million Series C funding round. The investment was led by new backer Tenaya Capital with continued support from existing investor Andreessen Horowitz. This latest infusion brings ItsOn's total funding to over \)40 million since its 2008 launch.

The capital will primarily drive the company’s expansion beyond North America, targeting key markets in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America. ItsOn has developed an innovative cloud-based platform that empowers mobile carriers with advanced service customization and management capabilities.

While ItsOn currently offers a consumer product called Zact, its core innovation lies in helping carriers evolve beyond being mere “bit pipes.” The platform enables:
