Mobile A/B testing platform Leanplum has successfully raised $4.8 million in Series A funding, led by Shasta Ventures. This follows an earlier $825,000 angel round from investors including TechStars, Kima Ventures, and VoiVoda Ventures.

Originally focused on A/B testing for iOS and Android apps, Leanplum is now positioning itself as “the only fully integrated optimization solution for mobile apps.” The company is expanding its capabilities to address broader challenges in mobile marketing.
