F5 Bolsters Multi-Cloud Strategy with $500M Volterra Acquisition
Applications networking leader F5 has announced its acquisition of Volterra, a cutting-edge multi-cloud management startup, in a deal valued at \(500 million. The transaction includes \)440 million in cash and $60 million in deferred compensation.
Why This Acquisition Matters
Volterra, founded in 2019, quickly gained traction with its innovative approach to cloud management:
