Highfive Secures $32M in Funding Led by Global Tech Integrator, Dimension Data
San Francisco-based video conferencing solution provider Highfive has announced a \(32 million Series C funding round. The leading investor in this round was Dimension Data, a subsidiary of Japan's NTT Group and a major global technology integrator. This investment brings the company’s total funding to an impressive \)77.4 million.
Highfive is on a roll with its annual recurring revenue growing by over 100% in the past year, resulting in more than 140,000 meetings that last a combined 16 million minutes per month. Highprofile users include Paperless Post, The Atlantic, Warby Parker, and the Girl Scouts of Northern California.
Dimension Data’s Global Reach Enhances Highfive’s Presence
One intriguing aspect of this investment is Dimension Data’s involvement. Besides offering cloud computing, security, and managed services, the company also focuses on setting up businesses with conferencing solutions such as Cisco, Polycom, Avaya, and Microsoft. The partnership between Highfive and Dimension Data will enable Highfive to expand its global data center presence to 18 AWS regions worldwide.
