Developed by product managers Stephanie Au and Ben Gaines, the Journey concept represents over a year of collaborative work. The project debuts at Adobe’s Sneaks showcase, an internal platform for innovative employee ideas that has successfully launched numerous Adobe products over its decade-long history.

“Journey analysis is definitely on our roadmap,” Hammond confirmed. “It represents our commitment to helping brands orchestrate seamless customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.”
With approximately 60% of Sneaks concepts eventually making their way into Adobe products, Journey AI has strong potential to reshape customer experience management for modern marketers.
